Yoga in Div-ya Spa Introduction to meditation (45 min)
For thousands of years practice of meditation has gifted us prosperity and health. When meditation is done in a step by step scientific manner it brings positive results by relaxing the mind, improving the health and creativity within us. In this session meditation is taught in a progressive manner depending on the temperament of the practitioner. Stress management (60 min)
Stress is an epidemic to the present society and Yoga acts as the vaccine. A stress management class induces a deep state of relaxation in the mind & body through the practice of simple yogic postures, breathing exercise and Meditation. By the end of the session one experience a state of immunity towards day to day stress factors and a deeper sense of calmness and tranquility is developed which makes one feel happier too. To participate in this session prior knowledge of Yoga is not needed. Wellness Consultation(60 min)

Wellness consultation is based on thousands years old Eastern Philosophy and on the science of Yoga & Ayurveda. Wellness consultation doesn't forces you to make drastic changes in your lifestyle or habits rather it shows the ways and means of making small changes in your daily life which can bring immense positive effects in the coming years of your lives. Lifestyle coaching will adhere to the process which the 'masters' have applied for years to bring transformations in their students since the dawn of Indian history. It is practical, systematic and scientific way to train the body and mind to withstand the toughest challenges in life. It's not just about wellness and health; it's about development of a wholesome personality. The Lifestyle Coaching program will incorporate the principals of Yoga and Ayurveda in abundance along with Vedic lifestyle. The Coaching Program is categories into 3 progressive stages and emphasis on develop positive habits related to:
The course module is flexible. Individualized program is drawn after thorough analysis of the participant's personality, health, strength, weakness and ambition. The growth is constantly monitored and needs adjustment is done in the course module to bring the best out of every participants. The whole program is spread into four months giving every participant the optimum chance to assimilate the learning well into their lifestyle. There is one personalized session per week along with the home assignments / practices. |
