A Day of Outdoor Wellness!Every single Outdoor Wellness trip has its uniqueness. During most of our trips, we 'kick start' our day with a couple of hours of yoga (often held in the lap of nature) which is followed by a healthy breakfast. As the day moves on, we spend time in learning and participating in a wide range of adventure activities such as rappelling, mountain hiking or rock climbing. Evenings are devoted to meditation, discourses on various wellness topics, campfire, or even fun-filled team building games. Participation to any of our Outdoor Wellness events surely gives you the chance to rediscover, reconnect and revive yourself in the most natural way.
