In Timisoara Satyananda Yoga classes includes Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), shatkarma (cleansing practices), pratyahara (mind focusing practices) and dhyana (meditation). It does not place the main focus on asanas (postures), but rather works on the multi-layered aspects of our being.
